- **Paid models**: Pay-as-you-go. 25¢ minimum per audition. We mark up the underlying provider cost 7× to cover the service. Sign in with Google, GitHub, or email magic link; top up your balance any amount $5-$500. No subscription, no monthly minimum.
- **Refunds**: Unused balance refundable anytime by emailing customerservice@carlotsupplies.com.
- **Failed providers**: If a model errors or doesn't deliver, you're not charged for it. Partial outputs charge only what the provider actually used.
